The Captus Service Department is a team of experienced, trained, highly skilled and certified AV and IT technical experts.  Our New York based team services the entire Tri-State area.

Outside the New York Tri-State area, Captus Systems uses our Captus Partner Network (CPN) to provide the same high-level of support to our international and enterprise clients. Captus Systems utilizes service portals to expedite support to sites around the globe.  

All service calls are resolved within the highest industry standards for maximum uptime performance. If you have not created a ticket yet then you would need to create a new ticket to begin
